Why does my AES global Praetorian Guard app show offline on 3G/4G but online on Wi-Fi, and push notifications don't work?

If your AES global Intercom System app shows an online status when your phone is on the same network but offline when on 3G/4G or a remote Wi-Fi network, and push notifications aren't working, it may be due to a commercial firewall. The IT provider for your business needs to open a port to allow P2P and PUSH notification traffic through the firewall. Recommended unassigned ports are 6806, 6809, 9123, and 9124.
