Some DRYSTAR 5302 printers sporadically print films partially only, especially with
high workload: The rest of the film is gray.
Cause
Data underrun due to a software problem
Solution
Install software 2.0.0_C2.

Symptom
Login problems with the Firefox browser:
In some cases the login to the service web pages has to be repeated three times, until
login is successful.
Cause
Incompatibility with login script and Firefox browser in certain cases
Solution
Repeat the login up to three times until it is successful.
