This chapter details how to make GSM cable and antenna
measurements. The following measurements are described:
• Cable fault location (performed in GSM mode).
• Return loss (VSWR) (performed in SA mode).
• Loss/gain (Transmit band LNA gain and flatness/receive band
combiner loss and flatness) (performed in SA mode).
NOTE The return loss (VSWR) and loss/gain measurements are not “one
button” measurements. All steps required to run them are fully detailed
in this chapter.
