The
minimum
resolution
at
the
output
of
the
frequency
multiplier
is
the
synthesizer
minimum
resolution
multiplied
by
the
frequency
multiplier
value
.
As
an
example
,
assume
a
multiplier
value
of
two
has
been
entered
and
you
attempt
to
enter
a
frequency
of
30,000,001,000
Hz
from
the
numeric
keypad.
The
synthesizer
will
try
to
generate
15,000,000,500
Hz.
However
,
the
resolution
of
this
signal
(assuming
Option
1E8
is
not
installed)
is
500
Hz
which
is
ner
than
the
minimum
specied
resolution
of
1,000
Hz.
The
actual
output
frequency
would
be
rounded
to
15,000,001,000
Hz
and
the
display
would
show
30,000,002,000
Hz.
