Disconnect power from the
TriScroll600 before performing

Allow the pump to cool before perform-
ing any maintenance procedure.
Approxinwte cool - down tim e ;s Dlle to

Wipe all O-rings de,lo with a lint-free
clo th before instaff<ltion 10 ensure that
no foreign matter is present to impair
the seal.
Do not use alca/wl, me lh,lno/ or other
solvents on O-rings. To do so c auses
de feriot.ltion and reduces their ability to
hold a va cuum.
If appfic.lbfe, apply a sma ll amou/Jf of
Krylo >fIJ CPL 224 grease and wipe the
O-rings "shi ny " dry.
Agifent recommends replacing all
O-rings eluring routine maintenance or
during any maintClhlnce procedur e
requiring that O-rings be removed.
Unless otherwise
stated, apply
Loctite® 242 or Loctite ps~ 567 to the
first few threads
only. Apply jus/ enough
to obtain a seal.
The Tri5crofl 600 weiglls 32 kg (70 Ibs ).
To avoid injury, use proper lifting tech-
niques
when moving the pump .
