4.2.2 Collegamento albero cardanico con spina di
sicurezza con ritorno a molla
Prima di procedere al collegamento, controllare che la
spina di sicurezza 1 (Fig. 4-11) scorra liberamente. In
caso contrario, provvedere alla sua pulizia e ad even-
tuale lubrificazione.
Si deve collegare l'albero cardanico prima alla trin-
ciatrice poi alla trattrice.
• Innestare e spingere l'albero cardanico sull'albero
scanalato della scatola ingranaggi finché si arresta
(Fig. 4-11).
• Premere a fondo la spina di sicurezza 1 con il pol-
lice della mano e, tenendola premuta, fare avanzare
l'albero cardanico di circa 2 cm.
• Diminuire la pressione sulla spina senza togliere il
pollice e continuare ad introdurre lentamente
l'albero cardanico. Quando la spina 1 entra nella
sede 2 dell'albero scanalato si avverte, sul pollice,
una leggera pressione, data dalla spina, che indica
l'avvenuto collegamento.
• Afferrare l'albero cardanico e tirare energicamente
per assicurarsi che sia bloccato.
• Ripetere l'operazione dal lato trattrice.
UN ALBERO CARDANICO COLLEGATO NON COR-
RETTAMENTE È ESTREMAMENTE PERICOLOSO
E PUÒ CAUSARE GRAVI DANNI ALLA TRATTRICE
ED ALLA TRINCIATRICE.
4.2.3 Supporto albero cardanico
La trinciatrice ha, in dotazione, un supporto per
l’aggancio dell’albero cardanico quando questa è in
condizione di riposo.

4.2.2 Connection of cardan shaft with safety pin
with spring return
Before the connection make sure the safety pin 1 (Fig.
4-11) slides freely. Otherwise take care of its cleaning
and if necessary lubricate it.
Connect the cardan shaft to the shredder first and
then to the tractor.
• Insert and push the cardan shaft on the gearbox
splined shaft, until it stops (Fig. 4-11).
• Press the safety pin 1 with the thumb of one hand
and keep it down until the cardan shaft slides some
2 cm forward.
• Reduce the pressure on the pin but keep the thumb
in place and keep on inserting the cardan shaft
slowly. As soon as the pin 1 enters its home position
2 within the splined shaft a slight pressure on your
thumb indicates that the connection is completed.
• Grasp the cardan shaft and pull it with energy in
order to make sure it is fully blocked.
• Repeat the steps from the tractor side.
A CARDAN SHAFT IMPROPERLY CONNECTED IS
EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND MAY CAUSE
SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE TRACTOR AND THE
SHREDDER.
4.2.3 Cardan shaft rest
The shredder is fitted with a special rest for the cardan
shaft connection which can be performed while the
shredder is standing by.
