3 INSTALLATION & WIRING-— A i n U S A
★ Do not conect AC power line on door station terminal. When using doorbell or chime wires, locate and disconnect the
trransformer present.
★ I E/IF door station is weather-resistant. If possible, it is recommended that the unit be installed under a cover not exposed to direct
rain.
★ Never apply any caulking or seals around the door station or back chassis. The openings are provided for evaporation.
★ Use a standerd 2-conductor cable, non-twisted, 22AWG or 18AWG(0.65mmo or 1 .Ommo).
★ Do not run audio wires in the same cable or conduit with any AC wiring, including door strike wires.
