      Alexis WilsonJul 27, 2025
First, ensure you're typing “https://” followed by the unit’s IP address in your browser's address bar. Also, confirm that your PC and the devices are on the same IP range, as shown in step 2 of this guide. Try disabling WiFi and any extra Network Interface Cards on your PC.

What to do if there is no video from Aiphone IP Phone door station when calling?
    • C
      craigmullinsAug 2, 2025
This issue suggests that the video multicast address isn't being properly routed. The specific multicast address for video broadcast from the door to the master station is 239.0.1.4 (found in Network Settings: Common). This address needs to be routed correctly between subnets for the system to function as expected.

Why is Aiphone IP Phone IS_IPSearch not working?
    • J
      John MoralesAug 10, 2025
The IS_IPSearch program searches within the PC’s domain and filters results by MAC Address. If it's not finding the IS-IP devices, make sure your PC is set to the same IP range as the IS-IP devices. The default range is 192.168.0.xxx. Also, ensure that multicast address 239.197.40.41 is enabled on your network.
