If the external device is activated every time the TALK button is pressed in your Aiphone Intercom System with RY-AC, check the DAK-2S component module. Ensure it is installed correctly with the bare wire under the 1 terminal and the white wire of the RY-AC spliced to the colored wire.
What to do if Aiphone LEM-1DL Intercom System has no call tone, no communication, and chirps when volume is up?
If you experience no call tone or communication and hear a chirping sound when the volume control is turned up on your Aiphone Intercom System, check the power supply. If it’s an SKK-620 model, replace it with a PT-1210N. Verify that the voltage on the +/- terminals is between 12-16V AC or 12-24V DC.
Why is call tone heard at second master when talk button is pushed on Aiphone LEM-1DL?
If you hear the call tone at the second master when pushing the talk button on one master in your Aiphone dual master Intercom System, install one component module from the DAK-2S at each master. If the DAK-2S is unavailable, connect the specified diode and capacitor in parallel.
