Thank you for purchasing an AIRREX AIR CONDITIONER.
BEFORE operation please read this user’s manual carefully.
Keep this manual readily available.
It is ESSENTIAL that you read the ‘NOTES ON SAFETY’carefully
before use and follow them at all times.
The Air Conditioners are specified for use on a 115V. 60Hz.1ph for
models HSC-14/18/24, and 220V. 60Hz. 1ph for model HSC-24A
single phase power supply. You must check that the local
electricity supply is the same and have the appropriate plug fitted
by a qualified electrician.
The Warranty form is on Page 15. Please complete it now and keep
in a safe place.

    What to do if my Airrex HSC-14 Air Conditioner is not working?

      If your Airrex Air Conditioner is not working, there could be several reasons: * Ensure the power plug is correctly connected; if not, connect it properly. * Check if the POWER button is in the “OFF” position; if so, press it to turn it “ON”. * Examine the electric panel for a blown fuse and replace it if necessary. * Inspect the supply fuse and exchange it if blown. * Verify if the breaker on the switchboard has tripped; check the load capacity and reset it. * Confirm that the ambient temperature is not too high (over 105°F); use the unit only below 105°F.

      If your Airrex Air Conditioner is not cooling well, consider these potential causes: * The filter might be blocked with dust; clean the filter. * There could be dust in the heat exchanger; clean the heat exchanger. * An obstacle might be blocking the inlet side; remove the obstacle and ensure 50cm of clearance. * The ambient temperature may be too high (over 105°F); use the unit only below 105°F.
