How to troubleshoot dampers with no response on AirTouch Control Systems?
    • B
      Benjamin AustinAug 25, 2025
If the dampers on your AirTouch Control System do not respond when turned on or off, check if the LEDs on the main module light up for relevant zones when the zone dampers are being turned on or off. If the green or red LEDs are not on for the respective zone, the main module may be faulty and need replacement. If there is a response, a faulty cable might be the issue, and the cable would have to be replaced. If the zone is still not functional, the damper motor might be faulty. Check if the cable from the touch-pad to the main control module is faulty, and replace it if necessary. Verify the grouping to ensure that the correct zones have been assigned to the right groups and have been turned on or off in the zoning section.

      Christina JeffersonAug 27, 2025
If the WiFi symbol disappears from the AirTouch Temperature Controller touchpad, especially after a power failure, the system should reconnect to your home router within 3 minutes of powering back on. You can also try turning your wireless router off and then on again, waiting 3 minutes for the AirTouch system to initialize. If the WiFi icon still doesn't appear, you may need to go through the WiFi setup process again to re-establish the connection between your home router and the AirTouch system.

What to do if AirTouch ZoneTouch3 Temperature Controller dampers have no response?
    • E
      Emily ColemanSep 10, 2025
If the dampers on your AirTouch Temperature Controller aren't responding when turned on or off, check the LEDs on the main module. See if they light up for the relevant zones when you attempt to control the dampers. If the green or red LEDs aren't on for the respective zone, the main module might be faulty and need replacement. If the LEDs respond, there could be a faulty cable that needs replacing, or a faulty damper motor. Also, inspect the cable from the touch-pad to the main control module for faults and replace if necessary. Finally, in the Zoning section, verify the Grouping to ensure the correct zones are assigned to the right groups and are being turned on or off appropriately.
