Overview

This document is a user manual for the MIUSEVO AS-320 dehumidifier, providing comprehensive information on its operation, maintenance, and specifications.

Function Description:

The MIUSEVO AS-320 is a dehumidifier designed to reduce humidity levels in indoor environments. It offers multiple operating modes to suit various needs, including Clothes-Dryer Mode, Dehumidify Mode, and Continuous Dehumidify Mode. The device automatically detects and displays room humidity, and it can be set to a desired humidity level within a range of 30% RH to 80% RH in 5% increments. When the humidity level exceeds the set point, the dehumidifier activates; when it falls below, it stops. Setting the humidity to 30% RH activates the continuous dehumidifying mode. The unit also features a timer function for automatic turn-on or turn-off, settable up to 24 hours in 1-hour increments. For drying clothes, the dehumidifier can be used in a small, enclosed space, with the air outlet directed towards the clothes. The drying effect is optimized with fewer, thinner clothes in a smaller room, and continuous drainage mode is recommended for this function, which typically takes 3-8 hours.

  • State Light Display: Indicates the unit's status: Blue for standby, Green for turned-on, and Yellow for water-full.
  • Power Off Memory Function: The machine restores its last working state after being powered off or after a power interruption.
  • Overflow Protection: Automatically turns off when the water tank is full, with a flashing indicator light and buzzer alarm.
  • Auto Defrost Function: Automatically detects and defrosts when running at lower temperatures. During defrosting, the fan runs at high speed, the compressor stops, and the power button "o" flashes.
  • Display Status Description: Various indicators light up to show the status of timer, light function, fan speed (high/low), operating mode (Clothes-Dryer, Dehumidify, Continuous Dehumidification), and water tank fullness. Alarm errors and humidity data flash alternately when an error occurs.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning the Dehumidifier Body: Use a soft, slightly wet cloth to clean the exterior.
  • Cleaning the Filter:
    1. Pull out the filter.
    2. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust. For very dirty filters, wipe with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry completely.
    3. Slowly insert the filter back into the unit.
    • It is recommended to clean the filter every two weeks. Do not use hot water above 104°F (40°C), gasoline, or toluene.
  • Emptying the Water Tank:
    1. When the tank is full, the unit automatically shuts down.
    2. Pull the water tank out from the bottom.
    3. Invert the water tank to empty the water.
    4. Ensure the float in the water tank is not removed, as this can affect water level detection and lead to overflow.
    5. Clean the water tank with cold or warm water; avoid detergents, steel wool, or chemical solvents.
    6. Press the tank back firmly into place after emptying/cleaning to ensure proper operation of sensors and overflow protection.
  • Continuous Drainage: For continuous operation without emptying the tank, connect a water pipe to the continuous drain port. The water outlet of the pipe must be at least 3.9 inches lower than the drain port, and the pipe should not be bent.
  • Storage: When storing the dehumidifier for an extended period:
    1. Empty the water tank.
    2. Roll up and tie the power cord.
    3. Clean the filter.
    4. Store the machine in a cool and dry environment.
  • Moving the Machine: Before moving or carrying the unit, always pour out the water in the tank.
  • Filter Deformation: After cleaning the filter, do not dry the unit under direct sunlight to avoid filter deformation.

Troubleshooting:

The manual provides a detailed troubleshooting guide for common issues such as the dehumidifier not working, making loud noise, not drying air effectively, or displaying incorrect humidity readings. Solutions include checking power connections, emptying/repositioning the water tank, ensuring proper room temperature, cleaning the filter, removing obstructions, sealing the room, and, if necessary, repairing or replacing the humidity sensor. Error codes and current humidity values flash alternately on the display when an error occurs.
