General Instructions for Mechanism Repair:

- Replace worn belts, idlers, and pinch rollers.
- Use only specified lubricants and parts.

- No scratch or melting of lead-wires.
- No illegibility of lead-wire markings.
- Secure lead-wires with wire-clips and binders.

Insulation Resistance/Leakage Current Check: After repair, the insulation resistance or leakage current must be measured with 1500V DC and shall be not less than 1MΩ.
