NOTE: It is recommended to use ACC on expressways and roads with good road conditions and it is not
recommended to use ACC on curves and rough roads.
Activate ACC
When the vehicle starts and the conditions for activating ACC are met, the driver can activate the ACC by
short-pressing the driver assistance button
on the left of steering wheel once, and the system will
set the current speed as the cruise speed. The cruise icon
on the instrument lights up.
NOTE:
The speed value on the cruise icon is the actual set cruise speed. Here, it is only for illustration. The
actual vehicle shall prevail.
If the current speed is less than 30 km/h, ACC will accelerate the vehicle to 30 km/h and use 30 km/h
as the target speed of ACC.
After ACC is activated, if a vehicle is detected in front of the current lane, the system will automatically
control the vehicle to accelerate and decelerate, so as to maintain the time distance with the vehicle
ahead:
If the speed of the vehicle ahead is greater than that of the vehicle, the vehicle will maintain the current
speed, and ACC will switch to constant speed cruise; If the speed of the vehicle ahead is less than that
of the vehicle, the vehicle will reduce the current speed, and ACC will switch to following cruise.
When the vehicle is under following cruise, if the vehicle ahead stops, the vehicle will stop and stay still
for a short time. When the vehicle ahead leaves within 3 minutes, the vehicle will automatically start and
continue following cruise. If the vehicle ahead stops for more than 3 minutes and then leaves, you need
to press the accelerator pedal or press the
button to reactivate ACC.
WARNING: Do not leave the vehicle when the vehicle is stationary under the control of ACC. If you need
to leave, make sure that the electronic parking brake is pulled and the gear is in the parking position. You
can only leave the vehicle after it is powered off.
