Problem Possible cause and solution
Insufficient airflow,
either hot or cold.
• Unsuitable temperature setting — adjust the fan by
pressing the FAN button.
• Obstructed air intakes and outlets — clear any
obstructions.
• Dirty air filter — clean the filter, see ‘Air filters’, p. 30.
• Fan speed is set to minimum — adjust by pressing
the FAN button.
• Other sources of heat in the room — check for other
heat sources.
• No refrigerant — call for service.
The display is off. There has been a power failure — check if other
appliances are working.

Error and other signals on the display
In case of certain malfunctions, the indoor unit will display the error codes
below. Note the code and contact our after sales support centre for advice.
Code Error
Fault of the indoor temperature sensor — set the temperature
manually and call for service.
Fault of the indoor pipe temperature sensor — set the temperature
manually and call for service.
Malfunction of the indoor fan motor — call for service.
Filter cleaning reminder — cut off power and clean the filter before
reuse.
