Changing the bulb
When the lamp in the oven fails and needs replacement, proceed as follows
(Fig. 8). (Bulb replacement is not covered by warranty.)
• Unscrew the protective lamp cover by hand. While the cover
is off, we recommend that you wash and dry it at this point.
• Carefully remove the old bulb and insert a new one. The bulb
must be suitable for high temperatures (300ºC) and have the
following specifications: 230-240V, 50Hz, 25W, G9 fitting.
• Refit the protective cover.

WARNING!
• Before starting any maintenance involving electrical parts, make sure the
appliance is disconnected from the power supply.
• If the oven has been in use, let the oven chamber and heating elements
cool down before attempting any maintenance.
IMPORTANT!
• Never use a screwdriver or other utensil to remove the light cover as this
could damage the enamel of the oven or the lamp holder. Only remove
the cover by hand.
• Never replace the bulb with bare hands as contamination from your
fingers can cause premature failure. Always use a clean cloth or gloves.

Cleaning of the cooktop

y cleaning using a plastic scourer

courer or any metallic abbrasive)

ny spills or marks that still remain

an be burnt off by operating the

lement on high without a pan for 2-

minutes. When the element has

ooled, clean it as per above.

r light soiling and every day cleaning

For dirty hotplates use a commercial

Be careful to completely remove the
cleaner and dry the hotplate by running

he element for a short time.
The hotplate can be then oiled with a

hin coating of cooking oil or a suitable

ommercial product such as Hillmark

hineon.
Some discolouration of the trim ring is

Door removal
In order to obtain easier access to the oven

hamber for cleaning , it is possible to

emove the door.
T
o do this , tilt the safety catch part of the
h
inge upwards. Close the door lightly, lift an
pull it out towards you. In order to fit the

oor back on to the cooker, do the reverse.
W
hen fitting, ensure that the notch of the
h
inge is correctly placed on the protrusion
o
f the hinge holder. After the door is fitted
t
o the oven , the safety catch should be
c
arefully lowered down again. If the safety
c
atch is not set it may cause damage to the
h
inge when closing the door.
