The
EWV2000
is
equipped
with
a
MIDI
OUT
terminal,
making
it
possible
to
play
an
external
MIDI-compatible
sound
source
from
the
EWIlOOOorEVIlOOO.
Data

MIDI
OUT
Various
data
are
sent
from
the
EWV2000's
MIDI
OUT
terminal.

Connections
Use
a
MIDI
cable
to
connect
the
MIDI
OUT
terminal
on
the
EWV2000
to
the
MIDI
IN
terminal
on
the
external
sound
source.

keys

set
the
transmission
channel.

the

ternal
sound
source
to

set
other
values
when

tonguing

breath
control

DOWN
keys

switch
mode

VOLUME
and
OFF.
OFF:
AFTER
TOUCH:
BREATH:
VOLUME:
Cancels
breath
modulation
control
for
the
external
sound
source.
Usually
use
this
mode.
The
external
sound
source
is
modulated
with
after
touch
data.
This
mode
functions
for
external
sounds
sources
having
other
breath
controller
modulation
functions.
This
functions
for
external
sound
sources
on
which
the
main
volume
can
be
controlled
with
MIDI
data.
Control
mode
"CTL"
may
not
provide
sufficient
effect
for
some
MIDI-compatible
external
sound
sources.
If
so,
use
the
OFF
mode.

Finally,
set
whether
or
not
to
send
the
program
change
informa
tion.
Press the
MIDI
button
again.

Use
the
VALUE
buttons
to
selected
either
"DISABLE"

"ENABLE"
(to
send
the

gram
change
information).
When
"ENABLE"
is
selected,
the
bank
number
of
the
external
MIDI-compatible
equipment
will
change
when
the
EWV2000
bank/number
changes.
