hours,
minutes
and
seconds)
of the video tape.
The tape
counter
works
during recording
and
playback.
During
playback
the
tape
counter will
not
count unrecorded
spaces
on the tape.

the
COUNTER
FESET
button.
The
tape counter
willalso
be resetwhen
a video tape
is in-
serted in
the VCR.
Remaining
tape
time,
clock
and tape
counter
display
The remaining
time
of the tape that
you
are
usjng can
be dis-
played
(during
recording
or
playback)
on the TV
and FL dis-
play
("REMAlN"
will
also appear
on the FL
display).
The
clock and tape
counter
can also
be displayed
on the TV
screen.

pressed

alternate

counter.
Note:

Owing to
the varying
thickness
and length
ol different
tapes,
this VCR has
been
designed to
check the remaining
time twice.
The first
check will
appear
on the
screen after
about 1
minute, the
second
(final)
check will
appear about
another
minute
later.
