Timer recording
Up to eight
programmes
can be
programmed
tor recording,
and
programming
can be
done up to one
year
in
advance.
Only
programmes
on
preset
TV stations can be
recorded
using timer recording. lf
you
have not
already
preset
the TV
stations, refer to the "Presetting
TV stations" section.
The VCR
can be
programmed
tortimer recording eitherviathe
LC display of the remote control or
via the TV screen.
Before
proceeding
Turn
on
the TV
and
VCR.
Make sure thalthe VCR and remote control clocks
are set.
Make sure that a taDe
is loaded.
Make sure that the TV is set to the
video
channelorthat
the
TV's TV/VCR switch
is
set
to VCR
(refer
to
"Video
chan-
nel").
There are three
types
of
timer recording to choose
from:
One time
recording
To record a
programme
that
is
only broadcast
once.
Weekly recording
To record a
programme
that is
broadcast
once every week:
every
monday
(E-MON),
every tuesday
(E-TUES)
etc.
Daily
recording
To record a
programme
that is broadcast daily:MON
+

MON J SUN.

has not been set or shows
the wrong
time, set the clock before
proceeding

"Setting

clock").
