MAINTENANCE and SERVICING
Do not open any part on the boiler or burner when the system is running. Please
stop the burner, isolate fuel supply, disconnect the power supply and always wait
until all the parts are cooled down before cleaning and servicing operations.
Natural gas is a clean source, does not cause excessive smoke and dust but in
order to extend the lifetime and increase efficiency at every heating season or
once a year please call your authorized service to;
x Clean the boiler heat exchanger surfaces
x Check the combustion parameters
x Check the security and operational devices
x Check the adequate chimney draught
If the system is running on oil clean the boiler heat exchange surfaces once a
month minimum. (cleaning period depends on plant features and combustion
parameters).

x Stop the burner
x Wait for cooling the boiler (min 2 hour)
x Stop the circulation pump
x Disconnect the main power supply
x Shut off the fuel line and disconnect the fuel line if necessary.
x Open the front door of boiler
x Be sure that boiler refractory and turbulators are cooled down.
x Take out the turbulators
x Clean the combustion chamber and 2
nd
pass pipes by tube brush
x Open the back door cleaning cover(s) and clean the flue box.
x Check the front door refractory isolation
x Check the front door and back cover(s) seals
x Put back the back door cover properly
x Put back the turbulators.
x Close the front door
x Connect the fuel line if disconnected
x Open the fuel line
x Connect the main power
x And run the system.
