Fault observed Description of fault Solution

Remote control reception problem Move the remote control closer to the HRV unit
Check the quality of the connection: press the
INFO button to view the signal quality
(1 to 3 bars).
If the fault is persistent, re-do the radio pairing
(see chapter 2 User information).
[Radio icon] and "rF" flash on main screen. Radio pairing fault Re-do the radio pairing
(see chapter 2 User information).
If the fault is persistent:
- Check that the radio PCB is correctly slotted
into the Dee Fly Cube unit (see chapter 2 User
information).
“AL” is flashing on the main screen Loss of communication with fan unit Check electrical connection on power supply
and bus
[Radio icon flashes on main screen] Filters clogged in the remote control unit or
air purifier.
The ventilation unit is operating in degraded
mode.
Replace the filters.
Refer to the instruction manual for the HRV sys-
tem or air purifier.
[Battery icon flashes on main screen] Remote control battery level low. Replace the batteries.
On the home screen, -- is displayed instead of
the interior temperature.
Internal sensor fault (MMI probe)
The HRV system continues to operate normally.
Contact your installer.
[Fault/key icon flashes on main screen] Malfunction Press INFO to view the error code
(Err):
Turn the electric supply off then on again.
If the fault is persistent:
- Turn off the electric supply,
for 30 minutes then restart,
- Or contact your installer.
Err 182:
exhaust motor
One of the two motors
is defective.
The ventilation system
is stopped.
Err 183:
supply motor
Err 239:
soiled air exit sensor
One of the three tem-
perature sensors is
defective. The HRV or
air purifier is operating
in degraded mode.
Err 240:
fresh air inlet sensor
Err 251:
soiled air inlet sensor
Err Exxx: Ubio Fault on Ubio heating

instructions.
Other malfunctions: remove and re-insert batteries, reset to factory settings (see paragraph 3, menu 11).
If the problem persists, contact your installer or your vendor.
