With the selection of Normal mode, several user-defined settings need to be carried
out in the following order:
• Language (English/German)
• 12/24 hour display (12/24)
• Set the time and date
• Date of birth (year, month, day)
• Gender (male/female)
• maximum heart rate (value from 80 to 240)
For these, settings, with the selection of Normal mode, the following applies:
• “SEL” key – set/select value
• “SET” key – confirm value
With the selection of Profi mode, several user-defined settings need to be carried
out in the following order:
• Language (English/German)
• 12/24 hour display (12/24)
• Set the time and date
• Date of birth (year, month, day)
• (If you were born prior to 1950, simply increase the year beyond 2011 and the
counter will start again at 1900.)
• Gender (male/female)
• Maximum heart rate (value from 80 to 240)
• Unit (kilogram/pound)
• Weight (value from 20 to 199 kg / 40 to 439 pounds)
• LED indicator (on/off)
• Key sounds (on/off)
For these settings, with the selection of Profi mode, the following applies:
• “SEL” key – set/select value
• “SET” key – confirm value
Note: If you intend to change settings later, such as language or date of birth, keep
the “LIGHT” key pressed and select the Normal or Profi mode. You will reach the
basic settings again, as described above.
Note: By pressing and holding the “SEL” key, you can use the fast-forward function
for settings.
