3. Hold the thermometer in the middle of your
forehead so that the push-on adapter for mea-
suring your forehead temperature is gently
resting on your forehead.
4. Hold the thermometer steady and then push
the button ( ) forehead measurement.
A signal tone will indicate that the measure-
ment has started. A signal tone will sound twice
after approx. 2 seconds indicating that the
temperature measurement is complete. The

At the same time, the backlight

up indicating the range for the measured
