Why is my ALDI Thermometer measuring the wrong temperature?

There are several reasons why your ALDI Thermometer might not be providing accurate readings. The operating temperature may be outside of the valid range, so check the technical data for correct parameters. Ensure the infrared sensor is clean. Make sure you are using the thermometer correctly by following the operating instructions, and that both the device and the patient have been in the same room for at least 30 minutes before measuring. Remember to only use the thermometer indoors, and avoid holding it for extended periods; instead, place it on a table to adjust to room temperature.
