If your Allen-Bradley Servo Drives motor isn't responding to commands, here's what you can check: * The axis cannot be enabled until stopping time has expired: Disable the axis, wait the configured stopping time, and enable the axis. * Open motor wiring: Check the wiring. * Improper motor cable shield connection: Check feedback and cable shield connections. * Motor malfunction: Repair or replace the motor. * Broken coupling between motor and machine: Check and correct the mechanics. * Incorrectly set primary operation mode: Check the programmed primary operation mode. * Incorrect velocity or torque limits: Check and properly set the limits. * Brake connector not wired: Check brake wiring.
