When True, CV2 Autotuning is

AtuneCV1Timeout  BOOL  Elapsed time is greater then

started. When True, CV1 Autotuning 
is aborted. 
 
AtuneCV2Timeout  BOOL  Elapsed time is greater then 
AtuneTimeLimit since step test is 
started. When True, CV2 Autotuning 
is aborted. 
 
AtuneCV3Timeout  BOOL  Elapsed time is greater then 
AtuneTimeLimit since step test is 
started. When True, CV3 Autotuning

AtuneCV1PVNotSettled  BOOL  The PV is changed too much to 
Autotune for CV1. When True, CV1 
Autotuning is aborted. Wait until PV 
is more stable before autotuning
