Assemble QR Post into Hitch Insert using bolt and lock nut, then secure with QR clip.
Insert Carry Arm Assembly into QR Post and secure with bolts and lock nuts.
Insert key and turn counter-clockwise to allow locking knob to loosen the wedge.
Rotate locking knob counter-clockwise to loosen the hitch insert wedge.
Depress spring pin and insert rack until pin engages receiver hitch hole.
Turn locking knob clockwise to securely tighten the rack inside the receiver hitch.
Insert key and turn clockwise to prevent removal of the rack from the vehicle.
