4. Refill, vent and re-pressurise the system as necessary. (Refer to Commissioning, Section 5.1).
If the system pressure exceeds 2.5 bar when operating at maximum temperature, the heating expansion vessel should
be checked and re-pressurised, if necessary.
Note: 1. Check the expansion vessel charge only when the system pressure is zero.
2. The expansion vessel pressure test point is accessible from on top at the top left side.
5. Check that the condensate trap drain pipe is connected and all joints are sound.
6. Check the air flow through the heat exchanger as described in Section 5.4.
7. Record details of the service in the Service Record at the back of these instructions.
6.2 CASING REMOVAL - Figs. 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4
To facilitate boiler servicing and maintenance the casing can be completely removed as follows:

3. Loosen the two screws 'D'.
4. Pull the front panel 'E' slightly towards you.
5. Release front 'E' from pins 'F' pulling it towards
you while pushing it upwards at the same time.

1. Remove the two screw cover plugs 'A' and
remove the screws 'B'.
2. Pull the front panel 'C' towards you and release it
from its lower fixing.
