Pre-Amp

Graphic
Equalizer
The
Graphic
Equalizer
is
intended
for
system
configurations
with
an
Alpine
tuner
and
tape
deck,
or
an
Alpine
tuner-deck
combination
unit,
and
one
or
more
of
our
power
amplifiers.
DIN
jacks
on
all
components
make
simplify
connections
considerably.
IC
Switching
Control
Circuits
Switching
between
modes
is
fully
electronic.
All
buttons
and
controls
are
feather-touch
type
and
upon
being
pressed
will
immediately
engage
the
desired
mode.
EQ/LEVEL
Mode
Switch
In
the
EQ
mode,
the
equalization
curve
is
displayed,
and
when
in
the
LEVEL
mode,
the
63
LEDs
will
provide
a
graphic
representation
of
the
sound
spectrum
of
the
program
music.

Equalization
Preset
Capability
Four
different
equalizer
curves
can
be
memorized
in
the
unit
to
suit
different
types
of
music.
Any
one
curve
can
be
recalled
instantly
at
the
slightest
touch
of
the
desired
preset
button.
Bi-Polar
Operation
Subwoofer
Output
Switch
In
the
OFF
position,
the
full
frequency
range
is
sent
to
the
special
output.
However,
turning
the
switch
ON,
only
frequencies
below
50
Hz,
80
Hz
or
120
Hz
are
output,
allowing
the
unit
to
work
as
a
crossover
network
for
driving
subwoofer
amplifiers
and
speakers.
