Alpine 3342 - Base Unit Installation; Mounting Screws Method; Velcro Tape Mounting (Base Unit)

NOTE:
To remove your unit, first remove the front trimplate. (Lift the top part carefully
with a flat screwdriver for easy removal). Insert a pair of keys provided all the way
into the grooves on each side of the unit and pull the unit out (Fig. 5).
BASE UNIT
@ Using the Mounting Screws (Supplied) (Fig. 6)
The Base Unit can be mounted in the trunk room using the mounting screws
provided.
® Velcro™ Tape Mounting (Fig. 7)
NOTE:
If you mount the Control Unit without using the Velcro™ tape supplied, you can
mount the Base Unit using the Velcro tape.

Pull the unit out from the dashboard.

Base Unit
Peel off.
