Alpine 7390M - Disassembly Instructions; Nosepiece and Deck Mechanism Removal; Bottom Cover and Main Board Removal

Disassembly Instructions
1. Removal of Nosepiece
(1) After removal of the bracket handle and top cover,
remove two control knobs (VOLUME, FADER) as
shown in Figure 1.
(2) Remove five hooks marked “O” as shown in
Figures 1 and 2.

2. Removal of Deck Mechanism
(1) After removal of the nosepiece, remove four screws
marked “xX” as shown in Figure 3.
(2) Disconnect a connector from the Main P. C. Board.

3. Removal of Bottom Cover
(1) After removal of the Deck Mechanism and Front
P. C. Board, disconnect all connectors from the QRB
connector.
(2) Remove the solder (A) as shown in Figure 4.
(3) Remove four screws marked “A” as shown in
Figure 4.
(4) Bottom cover with the rear chassis and QRB
connector can be removed completely.

4. Removal of Main P. C. Board
(1) After removal of the bottom chassis, remove the
nut & washer as shown in Figure 5.
(2) Remove the solder (B) as shown in Figure 5.
(3) Remove four hooks marked “C]” as shown in
Figure 5,
