setting.
5. Compare the probe temperature reading against 32°F (0°C).
Touch the “+” or “–” symbols until the temperature displayed is
32°F (0°C)

6. Remove the probe from the ice water.
7. If the oven has multiple probes, repeat this procedure until all probes are
calibrated.
Result The probe is now calibrated.
