What to do if my Amana ADB-1 will not drain/ water in tub bottom?

If your Amana Dishwasher isn't draining properly and there's water in the tub bottom, several factors could be at play. If your dishwasher is connected to a food waste disposer, ensure the knock-out plug has been removed from the disposer inlet. Check for any food obstructions in the drain or the disposer itself. Inspect the drain hose for kinks that may be blocking the flow. Also, check your home's circuit breaker or fuse box. Finally, make sure that the wash cycle has fully completed.
