POWER SWITCH
Before turning on the amplifier, check all connections and turn down the level
controls. A momentary muting is normal when turning the amplifier on or off.
(Caution: Always turn on your power amplifier last, after all other connected
equipment, and always turn off your power amplifier before other connected
equipment.)
POWER LED INDICATORS
TheseLEDsilluminatewhenthepoweristurned“ON”.
PROTECT LED INDICATOR
TheseLEDsilluminateifthepowerampliersoutputconnectionisshortedorthe
loadimpedanceistoolow.WhenthisLEDlitup,turnOFFthedeviceandcheck
output connections.
SIGNAL LED INDICATOR
ThisLEDilluminatewheninputsignalgreaterthan100mVispresent.
CLIP LED INDICATOR
ThisLEDilluminatewhenamplieroutputiswithin3dBofclipping.Occasional
blinkingisacceptable,butifLEDlightsonmorethanintermittently.turndown
either the power amplifier level or reduce the output level of the preceding
component to avoid audible distortion.
FUSES
FuseholdersforT2A-6.3A/250Vfuses.Ifthesefusescontinuouslyblow,shuto
the unit and have it serviced by qualified service personnel.
AC VOLTAGE SELECTOR SWITCH
Setforthepropervoltageforyourarea:~115V(60Hz)or~230V(50Hz).
MODE SELECTOR
Select the stereo or bridge amplifier configuration. If bridge mode is selected, the
minimum loudspeakers impedance should not be less than 8Ω.
FANS
The fan speed is varied automatically to maintain the proper internal operating
temperature.
