This manual contains information necessary

installation,
test

of
the modal AK-950L,
GPS
1 NA V
Switching
and Annunciator Panel, manufactured
by Ameri - King Corporation, California, U.S.A.
DESCRIPTION
The
AK-950L
is a self-contained
GPS
1
NAV
Switching
and
Annunciator Panel.
1t
combines ali the necessary functions
required
for
switching
HSI 1 CDI data inputs between a
conventional
NAV
(VORI receiver and the approach-certified
GPS
receiver.
ln addition, the
AK-950L
contains several
GPS
status
annunciations
used
to indicate modes selected by the front
panel
switches
and various inputs from the
GPS
receiver.
Features include Incandescent lamps
with
16,000
hours
average lite,
built
in
Automatic
Dimming and Test
for
Annunciator Panel.
