Removing the battery
The battery can be removed from the bike. This is useful for storing
the bike or when the bike is being transported.
•
Turn off the bicycle.
•
Stand on the non-drive side of the bicycle.
•
Locate the Keyhole on top of the battery.
•
Insert the key into the bike.
•
Turn the key counter clockwise and hold.
•
Lift the battery lever.
•
Pull the upper portion of the battery towards you.
•
The battery will pivot sideways and can be lifted away from the bike.
