on the lowest level of the oven. Fat from the food will not drip directly into the chamber,
but onto the tray.
To make the roast juicier, add a small amount of water to the tray when it is inside. This
will prevent the dish drying out.
It is advisable to turn the meat over at least once during roasting. You should also baste the
meat with its juices or with hot salty water. Do not pour cold water over the meat.
