During normal use, the surface of the compressor can become very hot. Never touch
the compressor with your bare hands.
WARNING!
The appliance is not designed to be cleaned:
With a jet of water;
With a jet of high pressure water;
By immersing it or its parts in water or any other liquid.
6.2 Cleaning the appliance
The appliance must be cleaned regularly:
Clean the inside of the appliance at least once a week;
Remove the racks and clean them with a soft cloth or sponge moistened with a delicate deter-
gent. Thoroughly dry the racks before reinserting them in the appliance;
A plastic spatula may be used if necessary or in the case of particularly stubborn dirt. The use
of metal tools is not recommended;
Clean all parts of the appliance with a soft cloth or sponge moistened with a neutral and deli-
cate detergent. Carefully dry everything after cleaning;
Only use clean water to moisten the cloth or sponge for cleaning;
Do no use abrasive detergents, such as, for example, abrasive powders, agents containing al-
cohol, bleach, diluents, etc., which could damage plastic parts, painted parts or components
made of stainless steel;
After cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth for drying the surfaces. Check that all the parts are perfectly
dry before restarting the appliance;
Clean the condenser, which is located inside the technical compartment, behind the control
panel, at least once a week. Before cleaning, close and protect the appliance, then remove the
dust that has deposited on the front of the condenser with a vacuum cleaner and a brush;
Carefully clean the condenser filter with a vacuum cleaner and a brush, then finish the cleaning
by immersing the filter in warm water with an antibacterial detergent. Let the filter dry com-
pletely in a dry and ventilated place before putting it back on the condenser;
The work area surrounding the appliance must also be clean and free of dust. It is advisable to
clean the workstation, especially the appliance support surface, before using it, and at the end
of use/day.
6.3 Servicing
Periodic maintenance is essential to obtain and maintain the best performance and
safe operation of the appliance. The operator can perform the following maintenance
operations:
Check the appliance’s general conditions;
Check that the appliance does not emit any unusual noises or smells;
Cleaning the appliance: follow the instructions in paragraph 6.2 - Cleaning the appliance;
Periodically check the condition of the power supply cable. Do not use the appliance if the cable
is damaged. If the cable is damaged, have it replaced by the dealer or by a qualified technician;
Clean the condenser and its filter (see paragraph 6.2 - Cleaning the appliance);
