Feel for the control pump in the scrotum and stabilize it by grasping the tubing above it.
Squeeze the soft pump part until flat to deflate the cuff and open the urethra.

Empty the cuff, allow partial refill, then press the deactivation button to lock fluid flow.
Stabilize the control pump by holding the tubing and apply pressure to the upper part.
Give the lower part of the pump a quick, forceful squeeze to complete activation.
