Why does my anko Massager turn off automatically?

  Your anko Massager may be turning off automatically because the product is designed to turn off after a set time. If the Timer Button shows a Blue Colour, it turns off after approximately 10 minutes. If it's Red, it turns off after approximately 15 minutes, and if it's Purple, it turns off after approximately 20 minutes. If the unit unexpectedly turns off regardless of auto off settings, it may have overheated due to excess use without a cool down period or the rotating massage fingers are jammed.

  If your anko Massager has no power, first, plug in the power adaptor and switch it on at the power point. If there's still no power, check the power point by testing it with another appliance, like a table lamp. If the power point has no power, you may need to call an electrician. Also, ensure that the small plug end of the power adapter is properly inserted into the appliance.
