Why does my anko Massager turn off during use?

  If your anko Massager turns off during use, it could be due to two reasons. Firstly, the appliance has an auto-off function that activates after approximately 15 minutes of use. In this case, allow the product to cool for at least 30 minutes before turning it on again. Secondly, the battery power may have run out. To resolve this, plug the battery charger into the massager and a power point, and allow it to charge for a minimum of 4 hours.

  If your anko Massager is not heating up, first, make sure that the heat function is turned on by pressing the Heat button. The button should illuminate red. Also, remember that the heating globes will take a little time to heat the dome.
