Do not connect the product to a damaged power outlet.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by an
authorized service center.
Do not operate the product in the presence of explosive
and/or flammable fumes.
Do not use the product if the product, the power cable or
the power plug is damaged, or if the product
malfunctions.
In case of loud noise, smell or smoke from the product,
stop the product and disconnect it from the power outlet.
Refer to an authorized service center.
In case of gas leakage, ventilate the area before the
product is operated.
3 Installation
Warning! Do not extend or lengthen the outlet duct!
3.1 To install the product
1 Put the product on a level floor near a window. The
distance between the product and the surroundings
must be at a minimum of 50 cm. (Figure 3)
2 Adjust the length of the window sealing to fit the size
of the window. Put the window sealing in place and
secure it with the screws or the clamps. (Figure 4)
3 Attach the outlet duct onto the hot air outlet at the
rear of the product. Turn the outlet duct counter-
clockwise to secure it. (Figure 5)
4 Attach the outlet duct into the window sealing (A)
and slide the locking of the window sealing (B).
Secure the outlet duct with screws (C). (Figure 6)
Note! Make sure that the duct is not bent and that the air
can flow smoothly through the duct. Incorrect installation
will aect the operation of the product. (Figure 7)
Note! The maximum length of the outlet duct is 1500 mm.
Stretch the outlet duct as little as possible to enable the
function of the product.
3.2 To install batteries in the remote
control
Warning! Do not use the batteries if they have a
leakage. If you get leakage from the batteries on your skin or
clothes, clean immediately with water.
Warning! If batteries are swallowed, rinse the mouth
immediately and seek medical attention.
Caution! Use only AAA batteries in the remote
control.
Caution! Do not mix batteries. When needed, replace
both batteries.
Caution! Remove the batteries if the remote control is
not to be used in a long period of time.
1 Remove the battery compartment cover (A) on the
rear of the remote control (Figure 8).
2 Attach 2 new AAA batteries (B). Make sure that the
battery poles are installed correctly in the battery
compartment. (Figure 8)
3 Attach the battery compartment cover.
4 Operation
4.1 To do before you operate the
product
Examine the power cable and the power plug for cracks
and damage. If there are any cracks or damage on the
power cable or power plug refer to an authorized service
center.
4.2 To install the Smart Life app
1 Scan the QR code to download the Smart Life app. Or
search in the App Store or Play Store. (Figure 9)
2 Start the app to register or log in to your account.
4.3 To register in the Smart Life app
Register with your mobile phone number or email address.
Note! Country settings follow the mobile telephone system,
but it is possible to change the country number/settings
manually before the registration is completed (this cannot
be changed after registration).
4.4 To log in to the Smart Life app
1 Click on ”Log in with an existing account.
2 Enter the mobile phone number or email address
used to register and the password to log in. The
operating system iOS will then use Apple ID to log in.
