8 Troubleshooting

The product does not work.
No display.
Reset the circuit breaker on the
cable of the product.
The water tank is full and the control
panel displays “FL”.
Drain the product and start it. Refer

The timer o function has been
activated.
Wait for 3 minutes after the product
has stopped and then start the
product.
The product starts frequently.
Direct sunlight on the product. Move the product out of direct
sunlight.
Doors or windows are open. Close doors and windows.
There is a lot of people or a heat source
in the area.
Remove the heat source.
The filters are not clean. Clean or replace dirty filters.
Blocked air inlet or air outlet. Remove the stem.
The product sounds loud. The product is placed on uneven
ground.
Put the product on a level and firm
ground.
The compressor does not work. The delay protection is activated. Wait for at least 3 minutes and start
the product after the temperature
has decreased.
