2 Operate the product in “Fan” mode for 2 hours to let
the product become dry. Refer to “5.3 To set the
product in “Fan” mode” on page 31.
3 Stop the product and disconnect it from the power
outlet.
4 Clean the filters. Refer to “7.3 To clean the filters of the
product” on page 32..
5 Remove the outlet duct.
6 Remove the batteries from the remote control.
7 Cover the product with a plastic bag.
6.2 To prepare the product for use
after storage
1 Make sure that the water plugs and filters are
installed.
2 Make sure that the power cable is intact. If there is
any damage, do not use it.
3 Install the batteries in the remote control.
4 Install the outlet duct.
7 Maintenance
Warning! The product must be disconnected from
the power outlet before the product is cleaned or any work
is done to it.
7.1 To drain the product
When the internal water container is full the screen displays
“FL” and the compressor stops automatically.
1 Disconnect the product from the power outlet and
disconnect the outlet duct.
2 Remove the water plug and drain the water from the
product into a drainage or a bucket. (Figure 11)
3 Attach the water plug.
4 Attach the outlet duct.
5 Connect the product to the power outlet and start the
product.
7.2 To clean the product
Warning! Make sure that no water runs into the interi-
or of the product. Risk of fire or electric shock.
Caution! Solvent-based and flammable substances
can cause damage to the product.
1 Disconnect the product from the power outlet.
2 Wipe the product with a soft damp cloth. If necessary,
use a mild detergent.
7.3 To clean the filters of the product
Caution! Do not operate the product without the
filters.
● Clean the filter every 2 weeks. If the quality of the indoor
is poor the filters must be cleaned more often.
1 Remove the lower air outlet grid and filter (A) and
then remove the top air outlet and filter (B). (Figure 9)
2 Clean the filters with warm water (around 40C) and
a mild detergent. If the filters is not dirty vacuum
them to remove any dust (C). (Figure 9)
3 Put the filters in a dry and cool place to dry.
Note! To avoid deformation of the filters, do not dry them
near to a heat source.
4 Attach the filters and the filter grids.
7.4 Error codes
Code Explanation
E1 Coil temperature sensor error.
E2 Indoor temperature sensor error.
E4 Anti-freezing protection. The temperature of the
coil is too low and the operation of the product
is stopped. The protection is released when the
temperature excesses 8C.
FL The water tank is full.
