TEST KIT
High pressure nitrogen could cause personal injury or equipment
damage if proper test kit is not used. Use only ANSUL regulator
test kit (Part No. 78689) which includes a safety relief valve.
The ANSUL Regulator Test Kit (Part No. 78689) includes the fol-
lowing components (See Figure 1):
–Test Kit Assembly: Pressure Relief Valve (Part No. 7730), Low
Pressure Gauge (Part No. 32626), 3/8 in. Male Quick-Connect
Plug (Part No. 24559), 3/8 in. Ball Valve (Part No. 15891), Flow
Restrictor (Part No. 32125), Exhaust Muffler (Part No. 32630),
and Required Assembly Fittings.
–Test Hose Assembly: Low Pressure Hose (Part No. 22590), two
3/8 in. Female Quick-Connect Couplers (Part No. 22592).
–1/4 in. Male Quick-Connect Plug (Part No. 24560) Not Shown
–3/8 in. Male Quick-Connect Plug (Part No. 24559) Not Shown
–1/4 in. Female Quick-Connect Plug (Part No. 24561) Not Shown
–3/8 in. Female Quick-Connect Plug (Part No. 22598) Not Shown
