The purpose of the rollator.
The lightweight AT51112 4-wheel rollator is designed to provide support to people who
cannot or do not feel condent enough to walk without some support. The rollator is
intended for indoor and outdoor use. The device can be folded for storage and transport. The
product is addionally equipped with a seat and a bag.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
physical or mental limitaons (e.g. visual impairment) that prevent safe handling of the
product.
General safety informaon
1. Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 136 kg.
2. The rollator must not be used on stairs and escalators.
3. Do not aempt to push the rollator while a person is sing on the seat.
4. The seat must not be used to transport people or goods.
5. Do not use the seat without the folded backrest.
6. Do not sit on the seat when the rollator is on an inclined surface.
7. The rollator is for walking support only.
8. The rollator may only be used with specied accessories and replacement parts.
9. Items can only be transported in a bag. Do not hang heavy objects on the handles of the
rollator, as this may impair the stability of the rollator.
ATTENTION:
In the event of pain, allergic reacons or other disturbing, unclear for the user symptoms
associated with the use of the product please consult your healthcare professional.
ATTENTION:
In the event of a product-related „serious incident” that directly or indirectly led to, may have
led to, or may lead to, any of the following:
a) death of a paent, user or other person or
b) temporary or permanent deterioraon of the paents, users or other person’s health or
c) a serious threat to public health
this „serious incident” should be reported to the manufacturer and to the competent
authority of the Member State where the user or paent resides. In the case of Poland, the
competent authority is the Oce for Registraon of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and
Biocidal Products.
NOTE: The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by neglected maintenance,
improper servicing or failure to comply with the recommendaons contained in this manual.
ATTENTION: it is forbidden to use the product in a way other than for its intended purpose!
NOTE: If the product is used incorrectly, there may be a risk of pping over. Please follow the
geng on/geng o/moving instrucons. Aer compleng the adjustment, stabilize the
posion by carefully ghtening the nuts/screws.
General precauons
1. Make sure the rollator is properly unfolded before use.
2. Check the brakes before use.
3. Make sure all parts are in good condion and that moving parts are funconal.
4. Improper use of the rollator may cause serious injury to the user and/or cause damage to
the frame or wheels of the rollator.
5. Do not use the rollator to walk backwards.
6. Use cauon when going over curbs and other obstacles, and when using the rollator on
