pliedboltthroughthebackofthesquaretubealu-
minumpassingthroughtheholeinthebase.Then
aligntaperedloopelementwithcircularbase.Make
surethatbothhalvesofthestand-offcolumnsare
alignedsothattheboltcanbesecuredtothenut
insidethetaperedloop
3.  Left,bothsetsoftaperedloopsattachedtothe
reectors.
