The user must operate strictly in accordance with the installation guidelines described in this “Product
Installation and Operating Manual” (hereinafter referred to as the manual).
Before use, please confirm that the applicable voltage of the dispenser is consistent with the actual
voltage used by users.
This dispenser is designed for home use. Please contact APEC Water for use in other applications.
Do not use this system under the following situations:
a.) When you find the dispenser is damaged
b.) When you find the power cord or plug is damaged
c.) When you find the water in the dispenser keeps overflowing
You should immediately contact APEC customer support team for proper maintenance.
To properly maintain your APEC drinking water system, please use only genuine APEC Water replace-
ment filters and parts. Any system performance issues, problems, property damage or loss caused by
the use of unauthorized filters, parts, or accessories are not covered by warranty.
Do not disassemble or modify the dispenser without manufacturer approval, which may result in wa-
ter leaks or property damage.
Any malfunction caused by improper use or system modifications will not be covered by the warranty.
The dispenser should be placed horizontally on a flat, clean and heat-resistant surface. It should be
placed in a ventilated, sun-proof, freeze-proof room and away from any heat sources. Avoid contact
with corrosive substances.
The feed water should be from your city tap water or microbiologically safe and adequately disinfected
water.
Do not add ice cubes and other mixed liquids, such as milk and fruit juice, into the water tank.
The required tap water temperature is 41°F-100°F. This is necessary to prevent damage to the dispens-
er.
Regularly check and inspect whether the power supply and electrical wires are loose or damaged.
Avoid damages caused by faulty wires.
Only qualified professional personnel should attempt to repair or replace the power wire when it is
damaged. Non-professionals may be at the risk of electric shock during maintenance.
Do not insert or pull the power plug with wet hands or clean the plug with a damp cloth to avoid the
risk of electric shocks.
