Cleaning the inside of the slot requires pressing the feeding button, rotating the slot, and
wiping it with a damp cloth.
When encountering any problems with the product, please try the following methods to resolve

After each thorough cleaning, manually dispense food twice to ensure that food flows into
each slot, thus ensuring that the feeding plan is executed accurately.

Troubleshooting
◎ Remove the stainless steel food tray for cleaning. The stainless steel tray can be put in the
dishwasher.
◎ Wipe the cover and the inside of the food storage bin with a slightly damp soft cloth and
let it dry.
◎ Clean the food outlet with a slightly damp soft cloth.
◎ After air-drying, the feeder can be used again.

●Please confirm if the product is in locked state. It will
automatically lock the screen after 30 seconds of
inactivity. Press and hold the ▼ button for 6 seconds to
unlock the screen.
Forgot the specific details
of the feeding plan
●Unlock the screen and press the "Settings" button.
You can browse the feeding plan (total meals, meal time,
and portion size for each meal) through the setup process.
food can't come out
● Please make sure to use dry food with a diameter
between 3-13mm.
● Check if the battery is low.
● Check if the power adapter is connected.
● If there is a power outage and no batteries are installed,
please reset the feeding plan.
● Clear any blockages at the food outlet.
