Display does not light up
● If there is no operation within 30 seconds, the screen
will be locked and become dark. Please hold down
the ▼ button for 6 seconds to unlock the screen.
● Check if the power adapter is properly
connected / if the battery is installed.
● If the device is connected to the power source but the
screen still does not light up, please contact after-sales
support to solve the problem.
Unable to hear any
recording during feeding
● Unlock the screen and re-record by pressing the
recording button. The recording will automatically
play once it's completed.

dispense food according
to the set schedule
during the first feeding
● If you are using the feeder for the first time or after
cleaning, you need to press the feed button twice to
make sure the food rolls smoothly into each slot.
